What does “board size” mean and why is it important?

Board size is the production pallet size of the press, for example 1300×670×45 mm on a HESS RH 2000. It determines mold compatibility, affects cycle time and line layout, and is essential for planning, expansion, and retrofits.

What components and options are typical?

Depending on the listing: mixer, elevator/skip hoist, conveyors, cuber/palletizer, strapping, controls, pallet circulation. Optional finishing such as splitting, tumbling, or washing, plus face mix/colormix. On request we also supply production boards (wood, steel/plastic) and molds, including custom designs.
